Tirimbina Forest in Sarapiquí

Puerto Viejo (approx. 70 kilometres from San Jose)
is the capital town in the county of Sarapiquí, and provides the
opportunity to visit tropical rainforests and rivers, with great hiking.
Complete with a learning center and English classes, this is the heart
of the educated eco-aware ideology of preservation so prevalent here.
